RETURN POLICY 

If you are looking to return or exchange your product or cosmetic treatment package for any reason, we are here to help. 

The following is our Return Policy: 

• Full refund or exchange on any unopened, unused product within 7 days of purchase.

• Free replacement on any damaged products within 14 days of purchase. (product must be returned to the clinic).

• Full refund if any product has induced a skin reaction which we have seen and assessed in the clinic within 14 days of purchase. 

• Full refund of any unused portion of a cosmetic package within 3 months of the first treatment date. 

• Clinic credit will be offered for any unused portion of a cosmetic treatment package after 3 months of the initial treatment date.
